FuelPHPのインストール後のエラー
FuelPHPをインストールした後に、php oil refine installと実行したらエラーがでました。

どうやらタイムゾーンのエラーみたいです。
app/config/config.phpを修正
96行目付近にあるタイムゾーンを修正します。
